Your last two steps: the State Exam Simulator, then the proctored Final Course Exam.
Step 1: State Exam Simulator (practice)
120 questions (80 national / 40 Alabama), matching the state exam format. Not proctored, unlimited attempts, with explanations after each attempt. Aim for 80% or higher before scheduling your final.
Step 2: Final Course Exam (live proctored)
- 120 questions (80 national / 40 Alabama)
- 210-minute time limit
- 80% required to pass
- Two attempts maximum, each proctored, with questions presented in a different random order
- Taken in a live Zoom session with a MY Real Estate School proctor, who gives you the exam password after checking your photo ID and testing area
Schedule your proctored final
Call us at 205.822.9322 (Monday–Friday, 9–5 Central) or email info@alabamarealestateclass.com to schedule a date and time that works for you (all times Central). You’ll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link. Eligibility, the exam-day rules, and the $25 rescheduling fee are on our Virtual Exam Proctoring page.
If you don’t pass
Review the chapters for the topics you missed, then call us to schedule a second proctored session. Missed sessions and cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice carry a $25 rescheduling fee.
After you pass
Complete the short course evaluation. We then report your completion and issue your certificate. Remember that you must take the state licensing exam within 6 months of completing this course.
