Alabama License Law Violations
Alabama License Law and AREC Administrative Rules set the standards for how licensees must behave. In this lesson, you’ll learn the major categories of violations (general issues, honesty and good faith, accountability/reporting, and representation) and what actions can trigger discipline, fines, required education, restitution, or loss of license.
