Fiduciary duties are the highest duties of trust and care that an agent owes to a client. These include skill, care, diligence, loyalty, obedience, confidentiality, accounting, and full disclosure. Agents must also treat customers with honesty, fairness, reasonable care, and proper disclosures.

Disclosure: Agents must disclose material facts, including property condition, buyer/seller motivations, and anything that could affect the transaction.
